Returns and complaints
In our online store, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can take advantage of our return and claim policy described below.
1. Product return conditions
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of the date of receipt, under the following conditions::
- The product is in its original condition, unused, with intact packaging and labels.
- The product is not damaged through your fault.
2. Return procedure

3. Refund

- The amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
- When paying by card, the amount will be refunded to the corresponding bank account.
4. Product complaint

- After approval of the claim, we will offer you:

- Full refund
The costs of returning the product in the event of a complaint are at our expense.
5. Exceptions
The following products are not subject to return or exchange for hygiene reasons:
- Underwear and swimwear if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
- Products with customized sizes or orders for individual projects.
